Answers to common partner questions

How does the referral work?
Share your unique promo code or referral link with medical students. When someone signs up using your code and subscribes to a paid plan, it is counted as an accepted referral. The sign-up must happen through your link or by entering your code at registration.
When do I get paid?
Commission rates and payout schedules are currently being finalised. All accepted referrals are tracked from the day they are approved. Once rates are confirmed, all retroactive credits will be applied. You will be notified via email before payouts begin.
What counts as a valid referral?
A valid referral requires: (1) the user signed up using your promo code or referral link, (2) the user is a real, unique individual (no self-referrals or duplicate accounts), and (3) the user is within the referral validity window. Referrals are reviewed manually and marked "accepted" once verified.
How do I dispute a rejected referral?
Go to My Referrals, click on the rejected referral row, and use the "Raise Ticket" button in the detail panel. Select type "dispute" and describe why you believe the rejection was incorrect. Our team will review within 5 business days.
